Primary Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Keep program quality high by communicating clearly, visiting classrooms, sharing updates, and using evaluation tools
- Grow and strengthen our volunteer and partner community
- Lead creative recruitment and retention strategies that bring in great volunteers and keep them coming back
- Manage the behind‑the‑scenes magic that makes our programs run (scheduling, logistics, delivery models, you name it)
- Host in‑person or virtual trainings that leave volunteers feeling confident and excited
- Keep our database organized and up‑to‑date
- Gather stories, data, and insights to help in meetings, grants, and reports
- Deliver top‑tier customer service to everyone who interacts with our programs

Qualifications (required)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, project management, volunteer coordination, sales, or development
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and motivated
- Comfortable working with diverse groups
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities
Qualifications (desired)
- Experience in nonprofit program management
- Familiarity with the K–12 education world
